We’re Hiring: Social Media & Content Creator

Based in Johor Bahru
Primarily Work From Home
Occasional travel to Singapore required
Flexible working arrangement

We are looking for a creative and self-driven Social Media & Content Creator to support our group of Singapore-based businesses in child development and technology.

Your work will include:

• Planning and creating social media content across our different brands
• Developing content strategies, campaign ideas and monthly content plans
• Filming and editing short-form videos
• Creating graphics, carousels and other social media assets
• Developing strong hooks, content ideas, captions and storytelling concepts
• Using AI tools to improve content ideation, scripting, editing and productivity
• Researching social media trends and identifying ideas relevant to our businesses
• Reviewing content performance and suggesting ways to improve engagement and results
• Organising and repurposing existing photos, videos and other content
• Supporting the wider content and marketing needs of our different brands

You should be comfortable using tools such as:

• CapCut or similar video editing software
• Canva or similar design tools
• ChatGPT and other AI tools for research, ideation, scripting and content development
• Social media scheduling and management tools
• Analytics tools for reviewing content performance

This is a long-term independent contractor opportunity with a Singapore-based company. The role is primarily remote and offers flexibility in how you organise your work, with occasional travel to Singapore for filming and content creation (Up to 4x, or 4 days).

We use a time-tracking and project management application to record work time and support accountability for remote work.

We are looking for someone who is experienced, creative, responsible, organised and able to work independently to deliver results.
