Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing or related field

Experience handling pet food, pet supplies, veterinary products, or related pet industry products is highly preferred.

Minimum 1–2 years sales experience (Fresh graduates with strong interest are encouraged to apply)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Self-motivated, target-driven and proactive

Possess own transport and willing to travel

Practice excellent sales and customer service

Plan and achieve assigned monthly sales targets

Maintain good customer relationships with existing clients

Prepare sales-related reports

Update sales reports on a daily and weekly basis

Develop new customer accounts and promote new products

Gather market information, competitors’ activities, and customer feedback

Work closely with the sales and marketing team to promote activities

Monitor investment plans against agreed objectives with customers

Periodically update individual sales plans, including:

• Analysis of customers / SKU performance

• Propose action plans

• Compilation of sales calls and coverage calls

Establish good relationships with customers to gain support, loyalty, and advocacy

Develop new customers while retaining existing customer base

Manage collection status and minimize overdue outstanding debts

Outstation travel is required
