Requirements
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
1–2 years of experience with relevant project coordination or site operation experience will have an added advantage.
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and work effectively with clients, site teams, and vendors.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor daily project activities, manpower, and equipment scheduling.
Communicate with clients, site teams, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of work.
As team leader to assist in planning and supervision of industrial moving and machinery relocation projects.
Prepare and update project timelines, job orders, and documentation.
Monitor project progress and report status to the Project Manager.
Verify materials, tools, and machinery are available and in good working condition.
Record site activities, including manpower usage, work progress, and issues.
Ensure all site activities follow company safety and operational procedure.
