Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field

Minimum 2 years of experience

Familiar with tendering, project cost control in M&E work

Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills, meticulous

Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner

Preparation of tender and contract documents including BQ

Prepare and analyse costing for tenders

Cost planning, estimation and measurement of quantities

Assist in preparation of budget for M&E works

Sourcing for sub-contractors and suppliers and price negotiation

Support and tender multiple M&E projects concurrently

Lead pre-tender meetings and brief team members’ duties during estimate preparation and submission stage

Ensure tenders are well documented in a timely manner

Coordinate with client and internal departments

Prepare preliminary design drawing and design calculation
