Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Managerto join our team atLHG, Iskandar Puteri, Johor.  This role is responsible to plan, lead & monitor overall sales operations and achieve sales performance and SSI target.

Key Responsibilities

·         Monitor overall management of sales operation activities

·         Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

·         Develop and executes sales strategies, promotions and marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth.

·         Lead, motivate and manage the sales team to meet performance targets.

·         Provide on going training, coaching and development to Sales Advisors to enhance skills and effectiveness.

·         Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and quick resolution of complaints.

·         Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts and market analysis to management.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma.

• Relevant experience in the automotive sales is preferred.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer management skills.

• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.

• Able to work independently while leading and motivating a high-performing sales team.
