Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing common mobile phone issues.
Familiarity with various mobile phone brands and models.
Basic understanding of mobile operating systems (iOS, Android).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair a variety of mobile phone hardware and software issues.
Perform component-level repairs, including screen replacements, battery swaps, and charging port repairs.
Troubleshoot network connectivity problems, including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and cellular data.
Install and configure mobile operating systems and applications.
Conduct quality control checks to ensure all repairs meet company standards.
Maintain an organized and clean workspace.
Provide excellent customer service, explaining repair processes and timelines clearly.
