Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in E-Commerce operations or product listing.
Experience using Shopee Seller Centre, TikTok Shop Seller Centre, Lazada Seller Centre, or similar platforms.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Basic knowledge of SEO and marketplace search optimization is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
1. Product Listing Management
Create, upload, and publish new product listings across all e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, Website, etc.).
Ensure all product information is complete, accurate, and aligned with company standards before publication.
Prepare product titles, descriptions, specifications, variations, pricing, dimensions, and category selection.
Upload product images and videos according to platform requirements.
Ensure products are listed within the required timeline for new launches.
2. Product Information Accuracy
Verify SKU, barcode, pricing, product codes, and stock information before listing.
Regularly review existing listings to ensure all information remains accurate and updated.
Correct listing errors, duplicate products, missing attributes, or inaccurate information.
Coordinate with Merchandising and Warehouse to ensure listing accuracy.
3. Listing Optimization
Optimize product titles, keywords, attributes, and descriptions to improve search visibility.
Ensure listings comply with platform algorithms and marketplace guidelines.
Recommend improvements to increase product discoverability and conversion rates.
4. Campaign & Promotion Support
Update promotional pricing during campaigns and flash sales.
Prepare campaign product listings before campaign deadlines.
Ensure products participating in campaigns meet platform requirements.
Coordinate with the Marketing team on campaign launches.
5. Inventory & Product Monitoring
Monitor product availability and listing status.
Coordinate with Inventory and Warehouse teams regarding stock availability.
Remove or suspend discontinued or inactive products.
Monitor Out-of-Stock products and relist when inventory becomes available.
6. Cross-Department Coordination
Work closely with:
Merchandising
Marketing
Creative Team
Warehouse
Livestream Team
Gather missing product information before listing.
Ensure smooth product launch execution.
7. Marketplace Compliance
Ensure all listings comply with platform policies.
Resolve listing violations or rejected products promptly.
Keep updated with marketplace policy changes.
8. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain product listing tracker.
Monitor listing completion status.
Prepare weekly reports on:
New listings completed
Pending products
Listing errors
Delisted products
Marketplace issues
9. Administrative Support
Organize digital product folders.
Maintain product image and content library.
Update product master data.
Support ad hoc e-commerce operational tasks assigned by management.
