Comfortable selling and chatting with customers on Facebook, WhatsApp and messaging apps
Minimum 2 years in online sales, tele-sales, e-commerce or customer-facing sales
Organised — you can juggle many inquiries and follow-ups without dropping the ball
Comfortable with Microsoft Excel for keeping records
Good Bahasa Malaysia (basic English / Chinese a plus)

Job Brief
We are a professional fishing tackle manufacturer, distributor, and wholesaler headquartered in Bukit Mertajam, Penang, Malaysia. Since 2015, we have specialized in handmade soft frog lures for freshwater snakehead fishing, trusted by anglers across Southeast Asia — Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore and Brunei.
We serve over 600 dealers and a community of more than 600,000 followers on social media, with over 1 million soft frogs sold.

What You'll Do
You'll turn our Facebook and WhatsApp community's interest into real sales — from first message to closed order. This means:
Responding to inquiries and leads on Facebook and our WhatsApp community, and converting them into sales
Recommending the right products and giving accurate info to help customers decide and place an order
Confirming and recording orders accurately (including cash-on-delivery), then handing them to our Operations team and following up delivery with the customer through to completion
Reaching out proactively — calls and weekly follow-ups with warm leads and past customers — and keeping our WhatsApp and Facebook communities engaged with promos and new launches to drive sales
Ensuring a good buying experience that earns repeat business
Working with our Customer Service and Marketing teams on after-sales, campaigns and a smooth customer experience
Reporting on your sales results and sharing customer feedback with the team
