Job Description

Requirements

Minimum Requirement:

  • 2+ years of recruitment experience, ideally including blue-collar/technical or manufacturing roles.

  • Comfortable managing multiple hiring platforms and a high-volume pipeline at once.

  • Strong screening instincts and the confidence to ask technical questions from a structured guide (you don't need to be an engineer, but you must be willing to learn the basics of our work and ask sharp follow-ups).

  • Solid grasp of Malaysian HR fundamentals — EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Employment Act basics, onboarding/offboarding.

  • Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle recruiting and HR admin without dropping either.

  • Professional written and spoken English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. Useful as we hire and coordinate across Singapore and Taiwan, and work with Mandarin-speaking candidates and partners.

Preferred Requirement:

  • Experience hiring for electronics, repair, or manufacturing operations, or any other technical roles.

  • Familiarity with work-pass processes (Malaysia) or cross-border hiring.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)

  • Manage all our hiring channels end-to-end — JobStreet, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and any agency or campus partners we use.

  • Write and post job ads, source and headhunt candidates, and keep our applicant pipeline organised in our ATS/tracker.

  • Conduct first-round screening interviews and phone/video screens.

  • Run structured technical screening for repair technician and engineering roles — asking prepared technical questions to shortlist candidates.

  • Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer logistics between candidates and hiring managers.

  • Track and report on hiring metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline health).

HR Operations & Administration

  • Own onboarding for new joiners.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR files.

  • Support day-to-day HR admin.

  • Help keep HR policies, templates, and processes documented and up to date.
