  • 1-3 years of experience in telemarketing, inside sales, customer service, sales support, or a related field will be an advantage.

  • Fresh graduates who are sales driven & highly independent are welcome to apply too !

  • Good command of English & Mandarin is required to facilitate effective communication with clients, consultants, and business partners.

  • Sales-driven, customer-focused, and motivated to achieve assigned KPIs and business objectives.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in a work-from-home environment.

  • Willing to travel to Singapore for meetings, training, or company events when required (Occasionally only & flexible arrangement).

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce the company's wealth management and property consultation services.

  • Identify and qualify prospective clients, and schedule appointments for consultants.

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients through effective communication and follow-up.

  • Achieve assigned KPIs, including outbound call activity, lead generation, and appointment setting.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and activities in the company's CRM or internal systems.

  • Handle customer enquiries professionally and escalate complex matters to the relevant team where appropriate.

  • Collaborate closely with consultants and internal stakeholders to support customer acquisition and business growth.

  • Provide administrative and operational support, including data management, documentation, and appointment coordination.

  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
