Ensure listings comply with Intellectual Property (IP) and marketplace policies

Investigate reported listings and assess authenticity concerns

Handle listing-related inquiries and basic troubleshooting

Maintain and document content management processes

Support ad-hoc projects and operational initiatives as assigned
