Minimum Certificate/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction, Building Maintenance or related field.

Open to fresh graduateswhose willing to learnoranyone withmaximum 3 years experience in defect management, building maintenance, renovation or interior fit-out work are welcome to apply.

Experience or willing to experience working in mall/retail environments is a strong advantage.

Understanding of interior finishes i.e. carpentry, painting, electrical fixtures, plumbing basics and etc.

Ability to read simple drawings and understand installation details.

Familiarity with mall renovation rules, access permits and safety guidelines.

Willing to travel frequently between project sites.

Must have own transportation (motorcycle/car).

Able to work occasional extended hours or weekends during urgent repairs.

Familiar with renovation/construction tools & equipment.

Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials and services.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and design specifications.

Support the Project Manager in managing project documentation, including progress reports, site logs, and variation orders.

Facilitate communication between the design team, construction team, and clients, ensuring clear understanding of project requirements and updates.

Assist in tracking project expenses and ensuring that the project stays within the allocated budget.

Participate in team meetings, providing updates on site activities and contributing to problem-solving discussions.
