The General Manager of Customer Service Operations is responsible for strategically leading and overseeing aftersales operations, customer experience initiatives, and workshop maintenance activities across authorized service centre. The primary mission is to optimize service revenue, lead and motivate technical teams, ensure adherence to regulatory standards, and maximize the Customer Satisfaction Index.

  • Education : A Bachelor’s Degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience : Minimum of 8 to 10+ years of hands-on experience in the automotive aftersales or workshop operations sector, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership/managerial capacity.

  • Technical Expertise : Strong proficiency with modern workshop management software, diagnostic systems, and automotive business infrastructure.

  • Skills: Exceptional team leadership, analytical problem-solving capabilities, and stakeholder communication skills to handle escalated consumer grievances.

岗位职责

  • Strategic Operations Management : Oversee daily functions of automotive workshops, including efficient service scheduling, vehicle maintenance, and body & paint workflows.

  • Customer Experience & Delight : Drive customer retention by managing the Voice of Customer (VOC) data, analyzing satisfaction scores, and implementing immediate countermeasures for service gaps.

  • Performance & Sales Targets : Direct the team to meet and exceed monthly sales goals, unit throughput, parts inventory velocity, and productivity metrics.

  • Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) : Implement Toyota’s Kaizen activities and conduct dealership evaluations in strict compliance with global Toyota service operation guidelines.

  • Financial & Budgetary Control : Prepare, monitor, and execute annual operational budgets, financial forecasting models, and cost-control initiatives.

  • Team Leadership & Safety : Train, mentor, and evaluate mechanics, technicians, and advisors. Ensure complete compliance with workplace Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and environmental regulations.
