Job Description: Assistant Brand Manager

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Combining the flexibility of remote work with required on-site presence for key collaborative sessions, agency meetings, and brand activations)
Job Purpose
The Assistant Brand Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the growth, equity, and market share of our portfolio. Working closely with the Brand Manager, you will assist in developing and executing end-to-end brand strategies, managing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate brand vision into successful market realities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Campaign Execution
Assist in the development, planning, and rollout of comprehensive annual brand plans and go-to-market strategies.
Lead the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, PR, and offline activations) to drive brand awareness and consumer engagement.
Manage promotional calendars and ensure all marketing collateral aligns strictly with brand guidelines and visual identity.
2. Market Analysis & Performance Tracking
Monitor, analyze, and report on brand performance, sales data, and campaign ROI metrics to provide actionable optimization insights.
Conduct regular competitive analysis and track industry trends to identify new growth opportunities, consumer pain points, and market gaps.
Oversee marketing budget tracking to ensure optimal and cost-effective allocation of resources across campaigns.
3. Stakeholder & Agency Management
Serve as a key point of contact for external partners, including creative, digital, media, and PR agencies, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as Sales, Product Development, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless alignment on product launches and promotional activities.
4. On-Site Activations & Project Management
Manage and coordinate physical brand events, pop-ups, retail activations, and on-site photo/video shoots as required by the campaign schedule.
Ensure smooth operational delivery during live installations, vendor setups, and on-site stakeholders briefings.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience in brand management, product marketing, or account management within an advertising/marketing agency setting.
Project Management: Excellent organizational skills with a strong capability to manage multiple campaign timelines simultaneously from conception to execution.
Analytical Skills: Strong comfort level with data; ability to analyze consumer insights, campaign metrics, and market research to back up strategic recommendations.
Communication: Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Professional fluency in English is required to collaborate with diverse internal teams and external agency partners.
Flexibility: Highly adaptable and enthusiastic about a hybrid working model—comfortable working independently from home for strategic planning and reporting, while fully available for on-site collaboration and event execution at our Downtown Core office or activation sites when needed.

Pay: $2,976.74 - $9,912.31 per month
