We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record.

• Confident in product presentations, negotiations and closing sales.

• Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English to support Mandarin- and English-speaking business clients.

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or related disciplines is preferred.

• Self-motivated, target-driven and passionate about sales.

• Possess your own laptop and transportation.

• Willing to travel when required.

Work Arrangement

Penang: Based at our Butterworth office.

Kuala Lumpur, Selangor & Johor:

• Two weeks' training at our Butterworth office.

• Accommodation  provided during training.

• Eligible for remote working upon successful completion of training.

• 负责客户洽谈、报价及销售成交。

• 建立及维护长期客户关系。

• 达成每月销售目标，为公司业务增长作出贡献。

What You'll Do

• Present SalesHero to wholesalers, distributors and business owners.

• Understand customers' business challenges and recommend suitable software solutions.

• Conduct engaging online and face-to-face product demonstrations.

• Follow up on qualified leads generated by the marketing team.

• Handle negotiations and close sales confidently.

• Build long-term customer relationships.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
