able to speak and write in mandarin due to PIC need to liaise with China supplier.
Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities
Assist the Purchasing Manager/Buyer in sourcing and selecting products for retail stores
Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies
Communicate with suppliers regarding pricing, product availability, and delivery schedules
Track orders and ensure timely delivery of merchandise
Maintain accurate purchasing and inventory records
Monitor stock levels and assist with reordering to prevent stockouts or overstocking
Compare supplier prices and negotiate basic terms when required
Coordinate with warehouse and store teams regarding deliveries and discrepancies
Resolve issues related to damaged or incorrect shipments
Support vendor performance evaluation and maintain supplier database
Prepare purchasing reports and analyze basic sales and inventory data
