Requirements
Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to complete tasks on time
Willing to communicate, think, and solve problems when challenges arise
Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (preferred) to communicate with customers and internal teams.
Responsibilities
Key in customer orders into the system accurately.
Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure timely order packing and fulfilment.
Communicate with logistics companies for pickups and tracking
Monitor shipment progress and update delivery status in a timely manner.
Monitor courier performance and resolve delivery-related issues.
Provide customers with shipment tracking numbers in a timely manner.
Prepare daily sales reports and update sales records.
Maintain customer database and ensure data accuracy.
Assist in voucher, promotion, and customer record management.
Ensure all customer information and company data are handled confidentially.
Perform others duties and responsibilities when required
