Diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related discipline.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior experience in equipment servicing or maintenance is an advantage.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or automation systems.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Willing to travel locally and occasionally outstation / international.

Possess a valid Malaysian driving licence (Class D preferred).

Able to work independently and respond to urgent service calls when required.

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage

Install, test, commission, and maintain equipment at customer sites.

Perform preventive maintenance according to service schedules.

Troubleshoot and repair equipment breakdowns and technical issues.

Conduct inspections and identify potential equipment problems.

Prepare service reports and maintenance documentation.

Provide technical support and training to customers.

Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments regarding service activities.

Ensure compliance with company safety policies and industry standards.

Manage spare parts usage and inventory records.

Respond promptly to customer service requests and emergency breakdowns.

Build and maintain good customer relationships through professional technical support.

Assist with technical projects and equipment upgrades when required.

May need to work late due to customer requests.

May need to work shifts when there is an urgent requirement, especially for new equipment setup.

Responsible for new equipment setup, debugging, and adjustment.
