• Job Requirements

• Proven experience as Live Host, Presenter or Content Creator is an advantage.

• Strong communication, presentation and selling skills.

• Confident and comfortable in front of the camera.

• Creative with content ideas and audience engagement.

• Able to understand and analyze live performance metrics such as GMV,ERR,CTR,CTOR.

• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings,weekend and puclic holidays.

• Applicants must be willing to work at Kota Tinggi, Johor

Job Responsibilities

• Host engaging live streaming sessions on TikTok Shop, Shopee Live and other social media platforms.

• Introduce and demonstrate products professionally while interacting with customers.

• Encourage audience engagement through comments, likes, follows and product clicks.

• Achieve monthly KPIs including GMV, ERR, CTR and CTOR.

• Analyze live performance reports and continuously improve live conversion.

• Work closely with the marketing team to plan campaigns, product launches and promotional activities.

• Prepare products, scripts and live setup before every session.

• Keep up with the latest TikTok trends and competitors' live selling strategies.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
