Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in internet businesses, digital platforms, and emerging trends.
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Affiliate Marketing, Channel Expansion, or Growth roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with confidence in cold outreach and networking.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple opportunities and projects.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new partnership opportunities, marketing channels, and user acquisition sources.
- Research, source, and establish relationships with KOLs, influencers, content creators, and affiliate partners.
- Identify and engage media outlets, review platforms, industry communities, and other promotional resources.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships, referral programs, affiliate networks, and co-marketing initiatives.
- Conduct outreach to potential partners and manage communications throughout the partnership process.
- Negotiate and coordinate collaboration opportunities that support business growth objectives.
- Create, organize, and maintain a database of partners, channels, and growth resources.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing opportunities.
- Evaluate and test new growth channels and partnership opportunities to continuously expand user acquisition sources.
- Prepare reports and updates on partnership activities, opportunities, and results.
