Possess a Diploma in Interior Design or a related field, suitable for fresh graduates seeking an entry-level position.

Proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting and technical drawings, and SketchUp for 3D modeling and visualization.

Ability to assist senior designers in developing design concepts, space planning, and material selections for various interior projects.

Strong communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and team members.

Capable of preparing design presentations, mood boards, and sample boards under guidance.

Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic construction/building environment, contributing to projects from conceptualization to completion.

Basic understanding of construction processes and building materials relevant to interior fit-outs.

Assist senior designers in developing design concepts and presentations for various interior projects, from initial ideation to final execution.

Prepare detailed technical drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and custom furniture details, using AutoCAD and SketchUp.

Source and select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories, ensuring they align with project budgets and design aesthetics.

Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications and resolve any on-site design-related issues.

Support project documentation, including mood boards, material boards, specification sheets, and client presentations.

Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary information, take measurements, and monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to design intent.

Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and external stakeholders in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to facilitate smooth project execution.
