Responsibilities
SOURCING & EVALUATE SUPPLIER PERFORMANCE BASED ON QUALITY, COST, DELIVERY AND SERVICE
TO ENSURE PURCHASE ORDER ISSUED ACCORDING TO PURCHASE SPECIFICATION , PRICE , QUANTITY, QUALITY AND COMPLIANCE WITH COMPANY POLICIES.
TO MONITOR DELIVERY SCHEDULE AND ENSURE ALL GOODS RECEIVED MEET SPECIFICATION.
ASSIST ON SEEKING RELIABLE SUPPLIERS TO ENSURE ON-TIME DELIVERIES AND WORK CLOSELY WITH WAREHOUSE/STORE.
FEEDBACK AND FOLLOW UP ON THE ISSUES REGARDING UNQUALIFIED QUALITY, SHORTAGE AND CLAIM WITH SUPPLIER.
FORECAST SUPPLY AND DEMAND TO PREVENT OVERSTOCKING AND RUNNING OUT OF STOCK.
WORK WITHIN BUDGET CONSTRAINTS TO OPTIMIZE PURCHASING DECISIONS AND CONTROL COSTS.
CULTIVATE AND MAINTAIN POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY SUPPLIERS TO ENSURE A RELIABLE AND EFFICIENT SUPPLY CHAIN.
WEEKLY/BI-WEEKLY/ MONTHLY REPORTING TO MANAGEMENT
SUBMIT WARRANTY CLAIM TO SUPPLIERS
