About the Role
You’ll be our boots on the ground in JB — the person who keeps our co-living properties running smoothly and our tenants happy. If you like variety, hate being stuck at a desk, and take pride in getting things done, this is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct property inspections and ensure units are clean, functional, and move-in ready
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and vendor appointments
- Handle tenant move-ins, move-outs, key handovers, and access arrangements
- Monitor property conditions and escalate issues promptly
- Update operational records, track assets, and follow up on pending tasks
- Be the professional, friendly face of Domora on-site
What We’re Looking For
- Based in Johor Bahru with own transport and valid driving license
- Comfortable being out in the field across multiple properties
- Organised, responsible, and works well independently
- Good communicator — with tenants, vendors, and the internal team
- Hands-on and not afraid to roll up your sleeves
- Property or operations experience is a bonus, not a must
- Basically need to have atleast basic skills in maintenance like changing bulb, doing some cleaning and basic painting to touch up the wall.
Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
