• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Engineering or Science / Mechanical / Electrical / Mathematics or equivalent

• Fresh graduate or 1-2 years working experience in manufacturing field

• Independent, hardworking, and with self-initiative

• Multi-lingual skills in speaking or writing in Bahasa, Chinese, and English

• Computer proficiency: Microsoft, Auto-CAD, or equivalent

• Ability to read, analyse, and interpret technical drawing, procedures, and specifications.

• Ability to write reports and provide responds to enquiry from managers, engineer, clients, auditors and suppliers

• Ensure department 5S are properly kept

Incoming QC

• Responsible to inspect and ensure incoming materials are complied with design standard / specification; correspond with internal department and suppliers for parts quality.

• Review purchase products in area of incoming section certificates, report etc and ensuring product specifications are met and preparing IQC reports.

• Work in close liaison with store operator and plan, monitor and conducts store activities ensuring product purchased met the requirement and design standard.

In process QC

• Responsible to inspect and ensure parts / products are being manufactured according to design drawings and standard

• Prepare IPQC reports for production and products improvement

• Involves in daily production QC planning and job assignment to each work stations accordingly

Quality Control

• Monitor, control, and execute with relevant production personnel for problem and trouble shooting and ensuring records to be properly documented.

• Collaborate with Production to monitor and execute activities on Production ensuring compliance according to the specification.

• Monitor and adhere status of project to ensure final inspection before delivery performed and satisfactory before release to client.

• Prepare and compiling inspection reports and documentation to ensure records to be properly documented and maintained.
