Candidate will work at Seremban branch - Office base on Len Woh (Seremban) Sdn Bhd

SPM / Diploma / Degree in HR Management

Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin

At least 2 years related working experience in related field

Experience in monthly payroll processing

Computer literate in Microsoft office Application & Payroll System

Good communication and well organization

Assisting with day to day efficient operation of the Human Resources

Process payroll via using payroll system and ensure timely payroll completion

Maintain and update employees personal information in employee file and payroll system

Checking attendance, leave record and KPI Submission by employees

Prepare monthly payroll summary, payslip and EA Form

Responsible to generate and prepare timely submission of statutory contributions of EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF and PCB

To assist in handling of foreign worker issues including work permit application, renewal, and termination

Organizing interviews section and selection events

Prepare Correspondence letter to employees

Tracking performance report and calculate commission

Administrative work or Ad Hoc task assigned by Superior
