FMM Institute, a subsidiary company of the Federation of Malaysian Manufacturing, was established to provide industry-relevant skills training for the manufacturing and services sectors for the continuing development of the human capital. Responsibilities
- Responsible for the strategy and planning of FMM Institute programmes including planning, marketing, brochure, preparation of I&E to implementation of training programmes.
- To assist in Branch's activities and functions.
- To manage Regional and Working Committees as assigned from time to time.
- To follow-up on FMM HQ surveys, projects, activities and other current issues.
- Endorsement of Certificate of Origin (CO).
- Assist in GS1 system inquiry.
- Any other duties as and when delegated by immediate superior.
Requirements
- Degree holder, preferably in Business Administration / Management / Human Resources / Mass Communication / Marketing & Promotion / Market Development field.
- At least 3 years of working experience in sales & marketing, preferably in training field.
- Good English communication, customer service and time management skills.
- Well versed in computer skills (Microsoft Office / Canva).
- High level of accountability and responsibility and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
