Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields
Proficient in accounting software, preferably SQL Accounting and/or AutoCount
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data entry, spreadsheets, and basic reports
Strong attention to detail with good numerical accuracy
Well-organized, responsible, and able to meet deadlines
Good communication and coordination skills
Prior experience in sales coordination, accounting, or admin roles is an advantage
Willing to learn and adapt to new administrative processes and software
Responsibilities
Input and maintain accurate sales data in the accounting system
Prepare and compile sales, inventory, and basic financial reports
Assist with basic bookkeeping, including invoice and expense data entry
Issue Purchase Orders (PO), invoices, and related sales documents
Assist in stock purchasing and coordinate with suppliers
Monitor inventory records and support stock planning activities
Handle product returns and refund processes accurately and on time
Maintain proper documentation, filing systems, and administrative records
