Job Description

Responsibilities

The HR & Admin Executive will play a crucial role in managing the human resources and administrative functions of the Company. This role involves overseeing HR operations, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and maintaining efficient administrative processes.

Duties & Responsibility:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
  • Facilitate new employee orientations and onboarding procedures.
  • Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, attendance, and leave records.
  • Oversee the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees.
  • Manage benefits administration, including PA insurance, employee welfare programs, and related activities.
  • Foreign Worker Permit Management: Assist in the application, renewal, and maintenance of permits for foreign workers, ensuring compliance with Immigration.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
  • Support direct superior and other department H.O.D in conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to employees.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters professionally and confidentially.
  • Manage day-to-day office administrative tasks, including office supplies, facilities maintenance, and vendor coordination.
  • Assist in organizing company events and meetings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in human resources management, business administration, or a related field
  • Candidates must be willing to work in Kg. Raja, Cameron Highlands (approximately 1 hour from Simpang Pulai).
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
