Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Security Management, or related field
Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in administration, operations support, or related roles
Experience in reporting, documentation, budgeting, or vendor coordination is an added advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Detail-oriented with good analytical and reporting skills
Responsibilities
Prepare, compile, and maintain security and operational reports
Manage daily administrative duties including filing, correspondence, and coordination
Monitor departmental expenses, budget utilization, and invoice processing
Handle contracts, quotations, invoices, claims, and vendor documentation
Support implementation of departmental procedures and administrative processes
Ensure proper documentation, compliance with company policies, and audit readiness
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
