Responsibilities

Work From Home Recruitment AdministratorLove talking to people? Good at spotting talent?

We're expanding our recruitment team and looking for someone who enjoys interviewing people, keeping things organised, and helping candidates land jobs. No recruitment experience? That's perfectly fine - we'll teach you. This role is fully work from home, so you'll need to be someone who is responsible, organised and comfortable working independently.What you'll actually be doing

• Interview candidates over MS Teams 

• Find out what they're good at and recommend suitable jobs

• Write short interview summaries for our recruiters

• Arrange interviews with hiring managers

• Follow up with candidates after interviews

• Keep candidate records updated

• Prepare onboarding documents when candidates are hired

• Help source candidates from JobStreet, Foundit and other job portals

You'll be working closely with our recruiters and IT Account Managers who support clients across Singapore.
