Lead Generation (IT Industry) - Cantonese Speaker (WFH)

Intake: 13 July
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary Package: RM4,750 + RM300 Language Allowance

Requirements:

• Malaysian citizens only

• SPM and above

• SaaS, Google Ads knowledge is a must

• Must fluent in Cantonese and English

• Minimum has experience in Sales / Telesales / BD at least 1 year

• Familiarity with lead generation tools and CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential leads through online sources, databases, and social media platforms

• Initiate outbound contact via email, cold calls, and social messaging to introduce products/services.

• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass high-quality prospects to the sales team.

• Maintain accurate lead records and activity logs in CRM tools

• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.

• Monitor and report on lead generation metrics and campaign effectiveness.
