JOB REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
Minimum three (3) years working experience, preferably in road or building construction field
Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong work ethics
Being thorough in work details and able to handle pressure.
Ability to converse and write in multiple languages is an added advantage
Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION
To coordinate with district offices and staffs on purchase requisition, purchase order and other purchasing matters
To source quotation and prepare comparison for every purchase requisition
To source for new supplier and also carry out evaluation & qualification of supplier
To follow the standard operating procedure and maintain proper record of Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order
To assist in ensuring timely submission of all invoices and delivery orders to Accounts Department.
To prepare and issue purchase order and follow up with supplier on delivery
To track orders and ensure timely delivery & maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing
Liaise with supplier on rejected items, arrange for replacement & act on claims for loss / damage goods including warranty claims.
To arrange for inspection on purchased products upon delivery and reporting any issues timely.
To maintain proper records of purchases, quotation, supplier information and documentations.
To ensure store is properly managed and arranged, clean and tidy at all times
To do any other jobs and responsibilities as assigned by immediate superior
