Qualification & Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Banking and Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field, and candidates with experience in construction firm will be given priority.
• Proficient in programs including PowerPoint, MS Office, Excel and accounting software is an added advantage.
• Possess good communication and writing skills. Proficient in Mandarin would be an advantage.
• Process/detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and good analytical behaviour.
• Good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Committed with strong sense of responsibility.
• Able to handle stress in a good professional manner and tight deadlines.

Main Responsibilities:

Admin

• Assist with day-to-day operational activties.
• Ensure accurate data entry and maintain proper records.
• Maintain an organized filing system.

Purchasing

• Source, negotiate, and purchase construction materials, equipment, and services.
• Prepare Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and maintain procurement records.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Compare quotations and ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Monitor stock levels and site material requirements.
• Handle supplier evaluation and maintain approved vendor lists.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures and budgets.
• Assist in contract documentation and invoice verification.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
