Job Summary:
The Purchasing Executive is responsible for supporting purchasing, logistics, and LMW operations by coordinating procurement activities, supplier deliveries, inventory replenishment, customs documentation, and regulatory compliance to ensure efficient and smooth business operations.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Purchasing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing, logistics, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in LMW procedures, customs documentation, and duty exemption processes.
• Familiar with shipping documents (e.g., Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Form K9, and Customs forms).
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills and a willingness to learn.
