• Managing ads, including launching, stopping, and scaling up ads (FB & IG)

• Responsible for content uploads and ideation on Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book)

• Creating reply SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)

• Filming ads and product videos

• Writing copy and video scripts

• There will be out-of-station trips every quarter for filming, with travel opportunities along the way.
• Every time performance targets are exceeded, the boss treats the team to a big meal and drinks.
• If the yearly target is achieved, there will be an overseas trip.
