Job Description

Requirements

• Minimum one year of similar working experience in manufacturing industry.

• Written Language: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese

• Spoken Language: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage)

• Certificate / Diploma in Business studies

Responsibilities

Assist superior for day-to-day sales administration related works such as

• Process customers’ orders (Issue Order Processing Sheet, OPS)

• Prepare Delivery Orders, Invoices, Quotations, Gate Pass, filing

• Prepare Order Search Report

• Make transport arrangement for delivery to customers

• Perform outgoing finished goods inspection

• Monitor production progress against customers’ delivery due date

• Reply customer’s enquiries by phone or email

• Carry out any other duties as instructed by superiors
