* Oversee and manage the daily operations of the outlet to ensure smooth business activities and excellent customer service.

* Lead, supervise, and motivate outlet staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high performance standards.

* Monitor staff attendance, discipline, productivity, and overall work progress.

* Conduct staff training, coaching, and performance evaluations to improve team efficiency and service quality.

* Provide professional consultation to customers, recommend suitable treatments/services, and explain product benefits clearly.

* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner to maintain customer satisfaction.

* Perform sales closing by promoting treatments, products, and packages to meet outlet sales goals.

* Ensure all staff comply with company policies, procedures, and service standards.

* Assist Management in achieving business growth and operational excellence.

* Carry out any other duties or responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.

* Minimum 3 years and above experience in retail/beauty/wellness management

* Strong leadership and sales skills

* Able to work weekends and public holidays

* Good communication and customer service skills

* Experience in stock control and cash handling is an advantage
