Requirements
Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field (technical background is an advantage).
At least 1-2 years of experience as a Storekeeper or in inventory control (workshop/industrial environment is an advantage).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
Able to read, write, and communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willing to work at Puchong Gateway.
Positive attitude, proactive, and possesses good initiative.
Responsibilities
Manage the store for spare parts, equipment, tools, and supplies.
Maintain accurate records of all items in the store using computer systems (MS Excel & Word).
Control the "ins and outs" of items and ensure proper documentation.
Establish and maintain minimum and maximum stock levels.
Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase orders when stock reaches minimum levels.
Ensure availability of spare parts, supplies, and equipment to support workshop operations.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock status, usage, and movement.
Assist in receiving, checking, and storing incoming items.
Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and proper organization.
Work closely with technicians and team members to ensure smooth workflow.
Manage inventory and stock movement efficiently.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Coordinate with workshop personnel to ensure parts availability.
Monitor and replenish inventory levels.
Prepare inventory and stock reports regularly.
Ensure proper storage and organization of materials.
