Able to work rotational shift
Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Prior experience in customer service, contact center, telesales, or related fields will be an added advantage.
Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin and English.
Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working on a rotational shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays when required.
Possess basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently
Responsibilities
Contract Duration: 6 Months (Renewable)
Working Arrangement: Work From Home (WFH)
Working Schedule: Shift-based (24-hour rotational shifts)
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
Process and verify customer orders accurately.
Assist customers with product enquiries, order status updates, delivery-related questions, and other customer service requests.
Provide accurate information on products, promotions, and company services.
Ensure a positive customer experience by delivering excellent customer service and resolving enquiries promptly.
