Requirements
SPM and above
Able to speak and write in Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia and English
Knowledge in computer and MS Office
Responsibilities
Brief customers and agents on products and promotions and resolve complaints.
Handle confirmation to purchase submissions, lot enquiries, reservations and confirmations, transfer and cancellation cases.
Monitor and update customer database and zone plan for sold out lots.
Issue of temporary receipt and official receipt and arrange weekly sales collection as per scheduled for CIT purposes (until CDM in place).
Ensure that all daily sales related documents are properly filed or documented.
Update daily burial and urn or pedestal installation records, sold out lots and customer database for management review and analysis.
Support front counter daily routine includes feedback customer’s inquiries and pick up phone call.
Liaise with respective section or department to settle all problems related to service and operation work.
To keep track of sales materials, forms & controlled of stock. e.g. Purchase Orders.
Support Klang Site, during staff rest day, mobilise document for sales creation.
