Diploma in Electrical Work, maintenance and relevant field and above

Minimum 2-3 years working experience in maintenance, landscaping or safety operation

Basic knowledge of building maintenance systems, landscape upkeep and workplace safety procedures

Proven experience in risk assessment and reporting.

To monitor repair and maintenance work at site for example electrical, drainage, plumbing, painting, road kerb, ponds toilet, common area, walkway and others at Memorial Park.

To ensure machineries, tools, spare parts, motor vehicles and generator are maintained according to schedule and properly managed.

Permit to Work (PTW) and Penalty Fine System Handling.

To liaise with external technician on maintenance services.

To ensure maintenance and safety operation process is in accordance to ISO procedures and forms update.

To perform conformance inspection on landscape contractor or sub-contractor’s work.

To conduct preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns and safety enhancements.

To respond emergency repair requests and outdoor areas are visually appealing.

To conduct safety inspection and risk assessments, enforce safety policies and procedures.

Investigate accidents and incidents and liaise with authorities on safety compliance.

Participate in SHE (Safety, Health and Environment) and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) meetings while coordinating related initiatives, communications, and follow-up activities.

To evaluate the work of contractor on half year basis.

To supervise the cultivation of plants at the site nursery.

Ensure that all project (Maintenance, Repairing or Construction) quality, materials, and processes comply with standard operating procedures and company requirements before payment requests are submitted upon project completion.

To ensure all relevant tomb beds are landscaped after the tombs are completed.

To ensure the landscape in the memorial park to meet the standard requirement and all dried plants, trees, shrubs, grass and etc shall be replaced by the landscape contractor.

To assist with landscape decoration during function or festival.

Please ensure that all forms in the Lark System are completed accurately, and that responses to e-tickets and maintenance requests are handled promptly and professionally.

Maintain regular communication with contractors, vendors, and relevant departments to ensure site safety, ongoing development, proper maintenance, and that workers’ dormitories are kept in a safe, positive, and harmonious environment.

Any other duties as assigned by the superior and management to you from time to time.
