Job Description

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are a plus.

  • Experience: 4-6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a proven track record of successful hires in various roles.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR software, and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with recruitment marketing tools is a plus.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in specialized recruitment areas (e.g., tech, finance, healthcare).

  • Knowledge of diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring practices.

  • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations related to recruitment.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Strategy Development: Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse and high-quality candidates aligned with organizational needs.

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding, ensuring timely and effective hiring.

  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and define candidate profiles.

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals, to build a robust talent pipeline.

  • Interviewing and Selection: Conduct interviews and assessments, providing guidance to hiring managers on candidate evaluations and selection decisions.

  • Employer Branding: Actively promote the company’s employer brand through effective communication, social media presence, and participation in recruitment events.

  • Metrics and Reporting: Track recruitment metrics, analyze data, and prepare reports to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.

  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and facilitating smooth onboarding processes.
