We are hiring one site-based Purchasing & Storekeeper Executive to manage daily purchasing and inventory for our restaurant and event space in Ipoh. This role acts as the main liaison with HQ and must be hands-on with Food Market Hub (FMH).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle purchasing and inventory using Food Market Hub (FMH)
• Raise PRs, track POs, and follow up on deliveries
• Manage local suppliers and stock receiving (GRN / DO)
• Monitor stock levels and ensure system matches physical stock
• Prepare purchasing & inventory reports for HQ
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and food safety standards

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field
• 2–3 years experience in purchasing/storekeeping
• Hands-on Food Market Hub (FMH) experience is mandatory
• Able to work independently and communicate well with HQ

Training Requirement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
