Key Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or service operations, with exposure to team supervision, shift coordination, or frontline leadership responsibilities.
Prior experience in airport operations, hospitality, healthcare, customer service centres, or other service-oriented environments will be a strong advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to guide, coach, motivate, and support frontline teams in delivering exceptional customer service.
Strong operational and organisational skills, including experience in operational coordination, workforce planning, performance monitoring, and basic reporting.

Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the lounge to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience.
Lead, coach, and supervise Customer Experience Executives to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency.
Manage staff rostering, shift scheduling, and manpower allocation to ensure adequate operational coverage.
Handle guest escalations and service recovery while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including hospital concierge teams, transport providers, and airport authorities.
Monitor lounge performance, ensure compliance with SOPs, and prepare basic operational reports.
Working Hours
Shift-based schedule between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM
Monday to Sunday, including weekends and Public Holidays
