Requirements

We are seeking a service-oriented and proactive individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading by example. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic, customer-facing environment and is committed to maintaining high service standards while ensuring smooth day-to-day lounge operations.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or service operations, with exposure to team supervision, shift coordination, or frontline leadership responsibilities.

  • Prior experience in airport operations, hospitality, healthcare, customer service centres, or other service-oriented environments will be a strong advantage.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to guide, coach, motivate, and support frontline teams in delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Strong operational and organisational skills, including experience in operational coordination, workforce planning, performance monitoring, and basic reporting.

The ideal candidate is a confident and approachable leader with a strong sense of accountability and a passion for service excellence. They possess the ability to build positive relationships with guests and team members, remain composed under pressure, and effectively manage daily operations to ensure a seamless and memorable customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the lounge to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience.

  • Lead, coach, and supervise Customer Experience Executives to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency.

  • Manage staff rostering, shift scheduling, and manpower allocation to ensure adequate operational coverage.

  • Handle guest escalations and service recovery while maintaining customer satisfaction.

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including hospital concierge teams, transport providers, and airport authorities.

  • Monitor lounge performance, ensure compliance with SOPs, and prepare basic operational reports.

Working Hours

  • Shift-based schedule between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM

  • Monday to Sunday, including weekends and Public Holidays
