Job Description

Requirements

  • Communication skill.
  • Able to speak English, Chinese and Malay.
  • Computer skill. e.g, Excel and Words.
  • Fast respondent.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the front desk and waiting area are clean and tidy, free from odors.
  • Achieving monthly new lead turnout targets.
  • Conducting daily or weekly stock checks, overseeing stock receiving processes, and assisting in outlet stock tally.
  • Managing incoming calls and messages, responding promptly, and sending reminder calls or WhatsApp messages one or two days before appointments for confirmation.
  • Any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
