Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in restaurant or F&B management.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English; Mandarin proficiency is preferred to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
  • Presentable, professional, and customer-oriented personality.
  • Strong learning agility, high sense of responsibility, and excellent service mindset.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with strong execution and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiar with Malaysian F&B regulations, labor laws, food safety requirements, and hygiene standards.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

Are you a passionate and results-driven F&B professional with strong leadership skills? We are looking for an experienced Outlet Manager to lead our restaurant operations, drive business performance, and build a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the overall daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth, efficient, and profitable business performance.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets, profitability goals, and operational KPIs.
  • Manage manpower planning, staff scheduling, attendance, and workforce optimization.
  • Establish and implement training programs to enhance employee skills, service quality, and operational standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels, control food costs, minimize wastage, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage store financial performance, including daily sales reporting, business analysis, budgeting, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure strict compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and workplace safety requirements.
  • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and operational issues professionally to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of company SOPs, operational procedures, and brand standards.
  • Lead team performance management, employee engagement initiatives, coaching, and succession planning.
  • Foster a positive working environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
