CRITERIA:

• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Assist doctor during consultations, surgeries and other medical procedures.
• Ensure proper handling and disposal of clinical and domestic waste.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment.
• Assist patients during the registration process, accurately collecting and recording necessary information.
• Address patients with inquiries and concerns with empathy.
• Perform simple vision tests and procedures for patients, as required, following established protocols and procedures.
• Manage phone calls and appointments, including sending appointment reminders to patients.
• Assist patients in processing insurance claims, completing necessary paperwork accurately and promptly.
• Collect payments from patients during the discharge process.
• Provide information and proper counselling to patients during discharge process.
• Maintain daily sales records and perform settlement procedures in compliance with the policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the clinic, including waiting areas and restrooms.

Job Type: Full-time
