- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing, quality materials, and timely delivery.
- Prepare, review, and process Purchase Orders (POs).
- Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier databases, and price lists.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality, pricing, or delivery.
- Work closely with the project and finance teams to ensure budget compliance.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all logistics operations related to projects.
- Prepare and verify Delivery Orders (DOs) and Packing Lists for shipments.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to project sites.
- Liaise with transporters, warehouse teams, and suppliers to manage incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain accurate logistics records and update project teams on delivery status.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in purchasing and/or logistics (preferably in project-based industries).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems (added advantage).
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
Working Hours
- Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9.00 AM – 1:00 PM (Alternate Saturdays)
- ~ Week 1: Working Saturday~Week 2: Off Saturday
