What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree/Higher Diploma in Communications, Marketing, PR or related disciplines

• Knowledgeable and experience in SEO, SEM, Meta Ads Manager, various social media platforms, digital tools and website analytics.

• Proven working experience on any Marketing-related role in an agency will be an added advantage.

• Takes initiative to solve problems and ability to multitask in a demanding environment

• Highly organized with excellent time management and scheduling skills

• Meticulous attention to detail

• Strong sensitivity of current and upcoming MY trends to generate engaging localized content.

• Has excellent verbal and written skills in English and Bahasa. Able to engage with a diversity of people

• Passionate, hard-working and a self-starter with a sense of urgency

What you'll be doing

• Develop and manage social media content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other digital channels to build brand awareness and engage our online community.

• Assist in KOL/influencer sourcing and management in accordance with the brand’s guidelines and campaign objectives.

• Plan, execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, segmentation and conversion optimization to maximize campaign performance.

• Monitor, analyze and prepare reports on marketing campaign performance, and propose data-driven strategies to improve results and ROI.

• Work closely with external agencies to strategize, manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to achieve marketing goals.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to support daily marketing operations and ensure alignment and accuracy of marketing materials, reports and communications.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to plan, execute and track campaigns, partnerships and promotional activities.

• Assist in executing marketing programmes, product/service launches, roadshows, in-house events and public relations activities.

• Develop marketing-related presentations, proposals and campaign decks as required.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure marketing strategies remain innovative and effective.

• Support the overall marketing strategy and contribute towards achieving the company’s business objectives.

• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time.
