Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM qualification.

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant customer service experience.

  • Able to communicate effectively in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to serve Mandarin-speaking customers.

  • Computer literate.

  • Pleasant, well-groomed, and customer-oriented personality.

  • Basic beauty knowledge or experience will be an added advantage.

  • Able to work on a rotational schedule when required.

Responsibilities

Customer Service & Counter Operations

  • Attend to members' and customers' enquiries professionally and courteously.

  • Handle membership registrations, renewals, and account-related requests.

  • Process product purchases, collections, returns, and exchanges.

  • Provide accurate information on products, promotions, and company policies.

Cashiering & Transaction Processing

  • Handle cash, credit card, e-wallet, and other payment transactions.

  • Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in the system.

  • Perform daily cash reconciliation and submit reports as required.

Inventory & Product Handling

  • Prepare products for customer collection and delivery.

  • Monitor stock levels and report replenishment needs.

  • Assist with stock receiving, transfers, and inventory counts.

Administrative Support

  • Maintain accurate customer and transaction records.

  • Prepare and file operational documents and reports.

  • Assist with data entry and other administrative duties.

Customer Complaint Handling

  • Handle customer feedback, enquiries, and complaints professionally.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant departments.

  • Follow up to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

Event & Operational Support

  • Assist in company events, roadshows, pop-up stores, promotions, and recruitment activities.

  • Support meeting room, demo room, and event room operations.

  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors.

Compliance & Housekeeping

  • Adhere to company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines.

  • Maintain cleanliness and professionalism at the service counter.

  • Safeguard company assets, cash, inventory, and confidential information.
